Registration Forms

The following forms need to be completed in order to join Idaho Navigators.  Forms may be emailed to navigateidaho@gmail.com, dropped off at an event, or mailed (email us for address.)  Just click the link to download.

Please complete one of the following registration forms per child:

For children 5-10
Junior Navigator Registration Form

For children 11 and up
Senior Navigator Registration Form

This is our annual liability release.  Please complete one form per family.
Annual Navigator Release

This is our Media release.  Pictures at events or meetings may be shared publicly or used in promotional materials.  This release allows us to use your child's image.
*If you would not want photos of your children used, please fill out the form with their names and write "No Media" across the bottom.  This way we can make sure your child is not in any promotional photos.
Navigator Media Recording Release

Please complete this form if you would like to volunteer with us. Background checks will be done on any volunteers that will be alone with the Navigators.
